Love Your Guts: Valentine's Day Gift Guide
/With Valentine’s Day around the corner, I thought it would be a good time to share a few of my favorite products to send a little love to your guts this holiday!

Dr. Kellyann Petrucci’s Siracha Bone Broth Powder: If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen a few recipes using Dr. Kellyann’s Bone Broth Powder, which I not only love for on-the-go travel but to use as a seasoning in my recipes! It adds so much flavor and gut-healthy nutrients. The Siracha flavor isn’t super spicy and is a perfect seasoning for soups, veggies, dips, and meats.
Zenwise No Bloat Digestive Enzymes: These are my go-to digestive enzymes, which help break down foods so they’re more easily absorbed into the body, reducing belly bloating and discomfort after eating. I always have a bottle in my cabinet and purse for dining out.
BIOHM Probiotic: My favorite probiotic because it contains a few specialized beneficial bacteria, fungi, and an enzyme to heal and break down biofilms or digestive plaque. It comes in a relatively small dose, 30 billion CFUs, which I like because the more is not always the merrier when it comes to probiotics. Sometimes it’s better to start small and build from there, as needed.
L-Glutamine: One of my favorite powders that helps support a healthy gut lining. Add into water, smoothies, or oatmeal for a simple and effective way to heal the gut!
Fermented Cod Liver Blend: I used to take this supplement while I was on the GAPS Diet, healing my gut from Lyme disease, and I just started incorporating it back into my diet again. It’s a great source of healthy fats that we generally lack in our diet and helps with cognitive function, adrenal support, muscle aches, joint pain, skin/hair health, dental health, improve sleep and so much more!
