Turmeric Honey Ginger Chews

These tasty bites are the perfect way to boost your immune system, support a healthy gut lining, reduce inflammation, and ease seasonal allergies all in one! Turmeric and ginger are great for helping reduce belly bloating. Turmeric, honey, and ginger combo can help alleviate seasonal allergies by reducing inflammation and helping populate the gut with local microbes by choosing local honey. These chews are made with grass-fed gelatin and help support a strong gut lining.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4C ginger juice

  • 1/2 Cup lemon juice

  • 1/4 Cup grass fed gelatin

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric, grated or ground

  • ½ tsp ginger, grated

  • 4 tbsp honey

  1. Add all ingredients, except gelatin, into a saucepan and mix on low until honey is combined.

  2. Add gelatin 1 TBS at a time and whisk until combined

  3. Remove mixture and pour into molds.

  4. Refrigerate until firm about 30 minutes until firm. Enjoy!
