INGREDIENTS

  • 2C turkey, shredded

  • 3C mashed potatoes

  • 1 ½ cups mixed veggies (or roasted veggie leftovers)

  •  1/2C shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

  •  1TBS ghee

  •  1TBS oregano

  •  1TBS basil

  •  1/2TBS thyme

  1. Preheat oven to 375*F

  2. In a skillet, melt ghee or grass-fed butter and begin to saute mixed veggies and spices.

  3. Add turkey and stir a couple times to combine well.

  4. Remove from skillet and place ingredients in a 8x10 baking dish.

  5. Cover with potatoes and sprinkle with cheese.

  6. Place in oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.

  7. Remove from oven and enjoy!
