INGREDIENTS
2C turkey, shredded
3C mashed potatoes
1 ½ cups mixed veggies (or roasted veggie leftovers)
1/2C shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
1TBS ghee
1TBS oregano
1TBS basil
1/2TBS thyme
Preheat oven to 375*F
In a skillet, melt ghee or grass-fed butter and begin to saute mixed veggies and spices.
Add turkey and stir a couple times to combine well.
Remove from skillet and place ingredients in a 8x10 baking dish.
Cover with potatoes and sprinkle with cheese.
Place in oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.
Remove from oven and enjoy!
