Southwestern Butternut Squash Kale Salad

INGREDIENTS
4C dino kale, finely chopped
2C butternut squash, cubed
1 chicken breast, grilled
2 peppers, chopped
1/2c black beans
1 corn, grilled, shaved
1C cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 avocado
4TBS olive oil
1tsp sea salt
1tsp chili powder
1/4tsp black pepper
Pinch of cinnamon
Cheese
Ranch dressing (drizzle)
Preheat oven to 400*F.
Combine butternut squash with oil, chili powder, pepper, salt, and cinnamon.
Roast in the oven for 15 minutes, remove from oven and stir, then place back in oven for another 15 minutes.
Add finely chopped kale to bowl then add remaining fix-ins.
Drizzle with dressing and devour!
