Bone Broth Bloody Mary

I am excited to share this fun recipe with you all that was featured on the Dr. Oz show!!

I am sure you all know by now I am a huge fan of bone broth because of its many healthy benefits that help support gut health. I also love encouraging people to get creative with their broth and use it in various recipes like blended soups or even my Apple Cider Bone Broth and Gut Healing Hot Chocolate!

My Bone Broth Bloody Mary is a fun and refreshing recipe for your warmer summer months ahead. I've used gut healing ingredients like bone broth which helps heal the gut lining as well as kimchi, a Korean version of sauerkraut, to help populate the gut with beneficial bacteria. You can even use without alcohol for a virgin Bone Broth Bloody Mary that is equally as delicious and tasty!
