What I have gathered is that people are tired and confused. They are tired of dieting, tired of being misinformed, and more than anything, they are tired of feeling poorly. People are confused, and rightfully so! It seems like every day there is new conflicting information on what is good for us and what is not. That is why I have taken all this information into consideration and created a simple plan that helps ease your way into a healthier lifestyle.

The Fairy Gutmother's 70/30 Plan focuses on 70 percent of the time eating healthier by breaking down our meals, analyzing our diet and lifestyle, and focusing on ONE particular area of your diet to start. This plan educates you on how to slowly transition into sustaining a healthier lifestyle by learning how to meal plan as well as reviews the best foods to incorporate and avoid in order to maintain optimal health.
The 70/30 Plan breaks down as follows:
- First, you complete a 3-Day Reflective Food Journal where you IDENTIFY the area in which you make your worst decisions.
- Then, you START HERE by choosing one meal a day and learn how to MEAL PLAN for that one meal.
- Over time, it becomes routine and a part of your lifestyle, leading to the 70/30 Plan where 70 percent of the time you are eating healthier.
- The plan also discusses the foods to eat and avoid, as well as discusses the significance of GUT HEALTH and encompasses a lifestyle aimed around maintaining optimal gut health.
